1. Our commitment
Eavur is committed to making its platform accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We want everyone who manages Telegram communities with Eavur to be able to navigate, understand, and use the product with confidence. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we treat it as part of building a quality product rather than an afterthought.
2. Standards we aim for
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
3. What we do
- Use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes so assistive technologies can interpret the interface.
- Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements and provide visible focus states.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast for text and essential UI controls.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Design responsive layouts that adapt to zoom, larger text, and different screen sizes.
- Test with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation as part of our review process.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of the product may not yet be fully accessible. This can be the case for newer features, third-party components, or content generated dynamically by automation workflows. We treat any accessibility gap as a bug and prioritize fixing it.
5. Third-party content
Eavur integrates with external services such as the Telegram API, payment providers, and AI model providers. We do not control the accessibility of content or interfaces that originate from these third parties, but we work to ensure our own integration surfaces remain accessible.
6. Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Eavur. If you encounter a barrier or need content in an alternative format, please let us know through our contact page. Please describe the issue, the page or feature involved, and the assistive technology you were using so we can reproduce and resolve it quickly.
7. Ongoing improvements
Accessibility standards and our product both evolve over time. We review this statement periodically and update our practices as we ship new features and address reported issues.
