Privacy Policy

Eavur ("we", "us") provides a platform for managing Telegram bots, including AI-powered workflows, group moderation, CRM, scheduling, and analytics. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you use Eavur, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account data: name, email, and password hash when you register.
• Bot credentials: Telegram bot tokens you provide. Tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are only decrypted server-side to call the Telegram API on your behalf.
• Bot activity: messages, chat metadata, and updates received by your bots through the Telegram API. We store these to power your dashboard, workflows, and analytics.
• Billing data: processed through our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Product telemetry: usage events (page views, feature usage, errors) to improve the product.

• Operate and provide the service you signed up for.
• Execute the automation workflows you configure.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send service-related communications (transactional emails).
• Detect abuse, debug issues, and improve performance.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with subprocessors required to run the platform: hosting, database, email, payments, error tracking, and the AI model providers used by your workflow nodes (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). When an AI node runs, the inputs you configure are sent to the selected provider for inference.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete bots, chats, and workflows at any time from the dashboard, which removes them from our database. On account deletion we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal or accounting reasons.

We follow industry-standard practices: encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive credentials, role-based access controls, and audit logging on team operations. No service is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Eavur is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
