By creating an Eavur account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Eavur on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Eavur provides software to manage Telegram bots, including workflow automation, moderation, CRM, scheduling, gamification, and analytics. Features and limits depend on the plan you select.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You are responsible for the bots you connect and the content they send or store.
• You must comply with the Telegram Bot Terms and applicable laws.

You may not use Eavur to:

• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages.
• Distribute malware or attempt to compromise our systems or other users.
• Run bots that violate Telegram's rules.
• Process data in violation of applicable privacy laws.
• Reverse-engineer or resell the service without our written consent.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Upgrades take effect immediately with proration; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• AI credits included with your plan reset on each renewal. Credits you separately purchase (top-ups) roll over until used.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain all rights to the content you and your bots create or process through Eavur. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service for you. We retain all rights to the Eavur platform, software, and brand.

AI nodes call third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). When you run such a node, your inputs are sent to the selected provider for inference under their terms. We are not responsible for the outputs of those models.

You may cancel anytime from the billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
